The process of dyeing polyester webbing is as follows: Into the belt-pre-washing-pre-drying-coloring tank-pre-drying (infrared)-high-temperature baking-post-washing (reduction cleaning)-post-drying- -Drop the belt. Among them, the role of infrared pre-baking is to make the dye molecules initially adhere to the fiber and prevent the appearance of color flowers and other problems. The function of high-temperature baking is to make the dye molecules fully enter the inside of the fiber to complete the process of dyeing the fiber with the dye. The function of reduction cleaning is to decompose the excess dye molecules to ensure the color fastness of the product.
