Burr: It is usually the burr of some yarns. This can also be investigated with the naked eye. The double-sided and seam of the webbing must not have severe hair balls and filaments.
Skipped stitches: This can also be investigated by naked eyes, and the webbing must not have skipped stitches.
The quality of the webbing must be related to the specification of the jacquard webbing, and the specification of the specification is the best performance of the quality of the webbing.
Thickness inspection: Measure with a vernier caliper accurate to 0.001, and the service cannot exceed plus or minus 0.1mm.
Width inspection: Use a caliper to measure the webbing with a width of 1 inch and above, and the official service shall not exceed plus or minus 0.25; the width of the jacquard webbing with 1 inch and less than 1 inch, the standard service shall not exceed plus or minus 0.25mm.
